About Your Retreat

Our staff work closely with 10-12 women per retreat. Each retreat holds its own unique experience based on the women who participate. It is always a magical blend of just what is needed for each woman individually and the group as a whole. During your Hawaiian Retreat you will experience guided meditation, breathing meditation, body treatments and movement exercises. Our staff of very gifted wellness practitioners, are here to cater to your needs and teach personal care techniques to take home. You will have plenty of time for rest and enjoyment.

Enjoy the mana of the Big Island. Explore waterfalls, hike in the volcano, bask in the warm sun, or snorkel in the pristine waters. The aina is here for your enjoyment and available to assist a woman with the support she needs to find her inner strength. Through prayer and ceremony her offerings will be heard and held in the land.
